Kitchen appliances from Italian brand Baumatic bring co-ordinated styling, convenienceand functionality to the kitchen
In addition to meeting the demands of everyday use, domestic appliances must also cater to the varied needs of individual households all while contributing to the overall aesthetic of the home.
The Baumatic range of appliances covers all the major household requirements, with a selection of wall ovens, freestanding cookers, hoods, gas hobs, ceramic cooktops, microwaves and refrigerators.
Baumatic appliances, including a 77cm-wide BK16SS ceramic cooktop, a BK190SS fan-forced oven and a BK160SS multifunction oven, complement the sleek styling of this Italian-designed Reªve kitchen from Ernestomeda.
Mounted side by side, the two 60cm-wide ovens are finished in polished stainless steel with a mark-resistant coating. Each 57-litre-capacity oven has a thermostatically controlled grill, and a double-glazed, removable door. The BK190 features nine cooking functions, while the BK160 has seven.
The benchtop area above the ovens features a four-zone Baumatic ceramic induction hob. Its black ceramic surface and stainless steel frame make this appliance a discreet addition to this kitchen. To the right of the hyperspeed cooking zones is a control panel with electronic sensor-touch controls and four residual-heat indicators.
Mark Jones, managing director of Applico, Baumatic's New Zealand agent, says the company invests a great deal in research and development, to incorporate the best materials and components into its appliances.
"Baumatic also strives to achieve environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and is committed to constantly improving the efficiency of its appliances," he says.
