Lifestyle factors are a priority for developers of high-end apartments and condominiums. As well as sourcing a prime location, developers tailor both the design and specification of apartments to fit such a brief.

Prince Henry at Little Bay apartments, developed by Stockland, are located in one of the last remaining undeveloped coastal enclaves in Sydney's eastern suburbs. But it is not just the location that is creating interest the apartments are fully equipped for the high life, from their spacious, open-plan interiors to the choice of Miele appliances in the kitchens.

"Miele's brand positioning is highly aligned with the level of quality we are targeting for our apartment and courtyard homes at Prince Henry," she says.

Apartments feature the Miele H420B 60cm oven in stainless steel, which is paired with the Miele M8261 microwave oven with grill. The H420B multifunction wall oven provides a full range of cooking functions and features an electronic display, with programmable controls. The oven also has a vapour venting and cooling system, and boasts Miele's PerfectClean interior for ease of maintenance.

The M8261 microwave oven combines grill and microwave functions, and includes 10 automatic programmes for reheating, cooking and defrosting. It also has an automatic keep warm function.

To complement the ovens, apartments feature the Miele KM362G stainless steel gas cooktop, which has two normal burners, one wok burner and a simmer burner.Also featured is the energy-efficient Miele G2220Sci semi-integrated dishwasher, which accommodates 14 place settings.
