An advanced cooling system and clever design ensure Samsung's G-Series side-by-side refrigerator offers spacious interiors

With contemporary advances in refrigeration, you no longer need a giant space allocation for a family-sized refrigerator.

The new G-series side-by-side refrigerator from Samsung expands the capacity of a conventional-sized refrigerator by more than 90L, says marketing manager Tim Young.

"Samsung's new G-Series offers consumers a deeper and wider storage facility that accommodates larger items than traditional refrigerators," says Young. "Improving the cooling efficiency with high-efficiency, small-cell urethane insulation allowed Samsung to reduce the width of the refrigerator wall from 45mm right down to 30mm, giving increased storage capacity."

Other features, such as a ClearView icemaker and LED tower lighting, make the fridge even more user-friendly and accommodating.

"Samsung's new side-by-side refrigerator fits the bill in terms of economy of space, and it is just as fitting in terms of modern aesthetics," says Young. "The G-Series' stainless steel exterior is resistant to marks, easy to clean, and offers an attractive companion to other stainless steel appliances in your kitchen."

Samsung's patented Twin Cooling Plus system is another standout advantage of the up-to-the-minute appliance. This allows the main compartment and freezer to be controlled separately, without any transfer of cooling air.

The Twin Cooling Plus system allows the refrigerator to maintain proper humidity levels to keep vegetables at optimum freshness. It also prevents unwanted blending of natural food flavours, as can happen with ice cream.

In addition, chilled air is supplied to each fridge shelf separately, ensuring a constant temperature throughout and a faster recovery time after the refrigerator door is opened.

The Samsung G-Series is also big on your family's health. An anti-bacteria Silver Nano coating applied to the interior uses particles that inhibit cell growth of bacteria effectively removing 99.9% of all harmful bacteria within 24 hours and extending the life of your fresh food.
