The BNZ fit-out demonstrates the results achieved by utilising a fully integrated property development and management organisation

The offices of BNZ feature a combination of architecture, building, ceiling, condominium, daylighting, glass, interior design, lobby, mixed use, gray, white — The offices of BNZ feature a combination of materials, forms, colours and open spaces.The BNZ office environment informs visitors and employees of the firm's contemporary approach to facilitating business through transparency and variety.Primary and secondary circulation pathways have been designed to create visual, as well as physical, connections within the offices.Vibrant colours feature in the new interiors.Clearly defined way-finding signage was created for primary and secondary circulation pathways.The colours and signage creates sense of place as well as adding dynamism to the workplace.

Environmental design is not the only advantage the new BNZ offices enjoy they also boast modern fittings and finishes. Brookfield Multiplex oversaw the entire project, from the development agreement to the interior fit-out and ongoing property management. Senior development manager Iain McIntyre says the project's success is due to an integrated approach.

"We're able to offer a complete solution to tenants. When one organisation owns, develops and oversees the property then all interests are aligned; everyone is on the same team," says McIntyre.

"We can also pass on the knowledge we gained during the construction process to our team in facilities management," he says.

For the BNZ tenancy, Brookfield Multiplex delivered the construction and ongoing property supervision. As the interior design was negotiated as a separate contract, Brookfield also oversaw the fit-out.
