Brookfield Multiplex oversaw the entire project, from the development agreement to the interior fit-out and ongoing property management. Senior development manager Iain McIntyre says the project's success is due to an integrated approach."We're able to offer a complete solution to tenants. When one organisation owns, develops and oversees the property then all interests are aligned; everyone is on the same team," says McIntyre.
