The Lucient apartment development in Melbourne a joint venture between The Lustig & Moar Group and Macquarie Real Estate Equity Funds is a case in point. Kitchens feature two Miele H 4240B 60cm multifunction ovens, ensuring there is plenty of capacity to cater to entertaining needs. The cooking centre also includes the M 8260 microwave oven and integrated Miele CVA 4060 coffee machine. Designed for the serious coffee drinker, this machine not only brews coffee to suit, it also grinds the beans to ensure freshness.

Other Miele appliances in the Lucient apartments include the sleek, 90cm-wide DA 429-4 stainless steel rangehood, and the G2270 SCVi fully integrated dishwasher. Engineered to provide a quiet operation essential in an open-plan apartment this dishwasher can accommodate 14 place settings. Its extensive programme range includes an economy mode.
