And, at 70cm wide, each of the two ovens boasts a volume of 81 litres, making it easy to cook more than one dish at once. The double oven provides 10 heating modes, and includes a special roasting function and rotisserie grilling. Hobs shown here include the new VP421-111 teppan yaki professional grill, which has a large, hard-chromed surface like those used in catering. The steam cooker VK411-110, which has a glass cover, lets you steam and boil without pressure. As you choose the precise water temperature you can be sure dishes will not be overcooked. The barbecue VR230-112 is another option, providing a powerful grill with an aluminium cover. Also shown is a Gaggenau cast iron two-burner gas hob, wok hob and EB385-110 90cm oven. This oven provides up to 30% more volume than standard ovens, so there's plenty of space for several large dishes. A view of some kitchen appliances from BSH Home Appliances.
