Success story
In addition to achieving a 5-Star Green Star design rating, Building 4 at Coronation Drive Office Park built by ADCO Constructions was fully leased on completion

Building owners wanting long-term investment opportunities look for developments that will provide returns for many years to come. Projects that are well built and achieve high standards of sustainability are attractive propositions, drawing quality tenants.
The $63 million Building 4 project in Coronation Drive Office Park, delivered by ADCO Constructions for AMP Capital Investors, has been awarded a 5-Star Green Star Office Design V2 rating by the Green Building Council of Australia for environmental sustainability. It is currently one of only three non-CBD office buildings in Brisbane to achieve this standard. One measure of the success of the project is the fact that the building was fully tenanted by the time it reached completion.

The A-grade quality of Building 4 is indicative of the commitment of the entire ADCO Constructions team to ensure the sustainability of this development. From the double-glazed facade that minimises heat transfer and provides access to city views, to the grey water recycling, every aspect of ADCO's construction contract deliverables for this facility focused on creating a building that offers both environmental and social benefits.
Since its inception in 1972, ADCO has developed a culture that ensures projects are delivered to industry best practice levels.

Project construction manager Philip Culbert says the company attributes its high standards and ongoing success in the construction industry to its adherence to its underlying philosophy the ADCO Way, which aims to produce a satisfied client on every project. This ensured a smooth design and construction process, with the result that Building 4 was delivered on time and within budget.
