Building 4 in Coronation Drive Office Park, close to Brisbane's CBD, incorporates more than 17,000m² of A-grade commercial office accommodation in a 12-storey office tower. The design provides a contemporary aesthetic that complements the surrounding buildings, and floor plates offer tenants flexible and efficient fit-out solutions. The design management and construction of Building 4 was by ADCO Constructions and the project achieved a 5-Star Green Star design rating.

The $63 million Building 4 project in Coronation Drive Office Park, delivered by ADCO Constructions for AMP Capital Investors, has been awarded a 5-Star Green Star Office Design V2 rating by the Green Building Council of Australia for environmental sustainability. It is currently one of only three non-CBD office buildings in Brisbane to achieve this standard. One measure of the success of the project is the fact that the building was fully tenanted by the time it reached completion.
