Star-studded sound
Top performers and fans alike can enjoy recording and playing music using sound systems from B&W Loudspeakers
With the continuing improvements in sound technology, the pleasure of experiencing good music in your own home becomes ever more accessible.
B&W Loudspeakers marketing manager James Harding says ongoing research by his company means technology originally developed for high-end speakers is ultimately incorporated into systems designed for the residential market.
The latest Classe amplifiers, CD and DVD players, which operate the new B&W Nautilus 800 Diamond series, are good examples. With tweeters made from synthetic diamond, these speakers have much improved sonic capabilities. B&W also produces similar quality speakers for in-wall and ceiling installations. Such systems are popular with musicians, with the Classe being the sound system of choice for music studio Abbey Road.
"B&W has researched and developed these during the last five years to reach this point. Other systems, now on the residential market, have come from the same starting point," says Harding.
