Designed by Frank Raadschelders Architecture, the roomy 150m² apartments feature eye-catchingfacades in gleaming glass and stainless steel. Behind the glass balustrades lie sweeping balconies two to each apartment and generous indoor living spaces. The penthouse offers 250m² of interior space, and the same again in balcony areas.

The SolutionsWon units are fully carpeted and tiled to a high degree of specification, with all bathroom fittings and fixtures sourced in Europe.

In the open-plan kitchens, stainless steel appliances from Kleenmaid offer both good looks and functionality.

The built-in wall oven has a 56 litre capacity with 10 function modes. It also features a fully programmable electronic timer. Above this, a stainless steel lift-up door creates a streamlined look.

Kleenmaid's electronic ceramic cooktop has a double-heat zone, hi-light ribbon elements, on/off indicator lights and easy-to-clean glass surfaces.

Overhead, a wall-mounted stainless steel and glass rangehood, also from Kleenmaid, adds to the kitchens' ambience. The rangehood has a high capacity airflow and easy-to-use controls.

Also featured is Kleenmaid's European designed and manufactured dishwasher. Its functions include four levels of filtration, four wash programs, and a built-in rinse aid and salt dispenser.

Kleenmaid's bottom-mount refrigerator completes the kitchens, offering a family-size 588 litre capacity, precision temperature management, two levels of easy glide baskets in the freezer, and electronic controls with a temperature readout.
