The company's 30-litre microwave was also specified for the apartments this includes a convenient grill function.

Kleenmaid is also on hand to make light of the laundry chores. A front loading washing machine offers a 5kg capacity, tumble wash action and automatically adjusts water levels. The Condenser dryer has a 6kg capacity, an anti-tangle tumble action and quiet operation.
