While the ideal of a paperless office may be something to which we all aspire, it is simply an impossibility for many businesses. How then to best utilise storage space for ever increasing documentation?

When Deloitte tendered for a system in which to store important documents, a number of factors were crucial ease of access, fire resistance, fully adjustable shelving and durability, says Paul Ryan, national sales manager for Hydestor Manufacturing.

"The Deloitte project specified a product with an environmentally friendly focus especially with regard to sustainability. Manufactured from 100% recyclable, New Zealand-made, powdercoated steel, Hydestor's shelving systems remove any risk of toxic emissions which may be associated with non-steel products. In addition, Hydestor's vigorous reuse and recycling policy ensures all scrap steel, packaging materials and other waste products are recovered for recycling."
