Every aspect of the Cedar Lake house reflects the high standards of design that characterize the home. Bathrooms, for example, feature streamlined, minimalist fittings from Montaggio, chosen to complement the contemporary architecture.

A Wetstyle bath tub in matte white was selected for the master bathroom. The tub is manufactured from a composite material specific to Wetstyle. With its clean lines and pure geometric form, this freestanding tub is the focal point of the room.

Montaggio principal Kelly Carbonari says white and chrome fittings were supplied to create a clean, timeless look. The Alape sinks used throughout the home are manufactured from glass steel. Unlike vitreous china, this process allows a very tight, geometric shape to be created.

"Faucets throughout the home are from Dornbracht's Meta and Tara Classic lines, which feature solid brass construction and flawless design elements," says Carbonari. "The balance between the curves and straight lines complements the home's minimalist design aesthetics."

Toto toilets were also chosen for their minimal design and high performance.
