To create the feeling of luxury the design team wanted to achieve for this house, a carpet with a very thick pile covers the floors throughout the upper level.

The design team at Harbourcity Developments & Construction selected a carpet to complement the quality furnishings in this home. Manufactured in New Zealand by Feltex Carpets, the Hemisphere range is crafted using 100% premium New Zealand wool. Deep and rich underfoot, Feltex Hemisphere brings softness and luxury to the home. It offers a 10-year residential wear warranty to guarantee it against excessive wear and tear in a domestic environment, and a residential extra heavy duty (including stairs) performance rating.

To provide this home with a neutral background that will complement most decorative schemes, the design team chose colour Pistoia, a soft shade from the Hemisphere range.
