On holiday everyday
A look to suit any decor, as well as sun protection
When a major selling point for your product is the close interaction with nature it affords, you want to make sure an environmental focus pervades every aspect, no matter how small.
For the developers of Magenta Shores, Mirvac Projects, that focus has been carried through to include the window treatments found in the houses, villas and resort complex, says Graham Bridgland, sales manager for Flexitrack Furnishings.
"Mirvac was looking for a product that would be in keeping with its environmentally responsible focus, and be suitable for the coastal setting.
"To meet the client's brief for environmentally friendly products, we used a non-polyfibre fabric, which is new to the market, for the supplied roller blinds. Aluminium fixtures and fittings ensure the products will stand up to the coastal conditions," says Bridgland.
Based in Sydney, Flexitrack Furnishings undertakes residential jobs from Newcastle to Wollongong, and commercial projects nationwide.
