Gone are the days of cookie-cutter school buildings. Today, the architecture is more likely to be designed to best suit the needs of each school and site. For the Elim Christian College Junior Campus, the architectural team at Jasmax used colour as an integral element.
Whites from the Resene Whites & Neutrals fandeck feature in classrooms, staff and administration areas. These include Resene Black Haze a nebulous, cloudy grey white and Resene Half Joss a smoke-infused beige which provide a calming backdrop for brightly coloured furnishings. Teacher areas are colour coded with Resene paints chosen to match the building exteriors.
