On a clear day
No matter what style of shower enclosure you prefer, BathWorks can create a custom design to suit
Bathrooms, like houses, come in all shapes and sizes, so it's scarcely surprising there is often a need for a custom-built shower enclosure.
Chicago-based BathWorks specializes in the design and manufacture of shower enclosures and door systems. Owner Bob Becker says the company's designs acknowledge the great diversity of decorating styles, and the need to cater to changing trends in bathroom design.
"For this reason, our large showroom displays more than 50 different shower enclosures, mirrors, sinks and accessories. Whether you are looking to enhance a clean-lined minimalist-style bathroom, or a more traditional setting, BathWorks can provide a custom shower door or enclosure that will work with your design. We also place an emphasis on quality materials and functionality."
Becker says the Euro Series allows for a completely frameless look. BathWorks has also designed a special pivot hinge system that allows glass doors of any height to be installed with just a single hole top and bottom, rather than the usual four holes per hinge.
For a more traditional look, BathWorks has Brassline enclosures, which feature heavy-gauge solid brass frames.
