The eye-catching facade of the new Philips head office is largely due to the architectural detailing and the quality of the workmanship. Auckland-based construction company Savory Construction was the main contractor.
The company says there were several complex elements to the design, including the mix of glass and composite panels that needed to be seamlessly integrated. Despite such attention to detail, the project was completed on time and within budget.
