For the master bedroom in this penthouse, the designer chose a custom-designed, hand-tufted, broadloom wool carpet in a natural tone to complement the Macassar ebony bed surround and macore cabinetry.

"People are definitely looking to nature for inspiration. Subtle tones and patterns are a way to bring the outdoors in, and despite the nature reference, it can be quite a sophisticated look."

The company uses 100% New Zealand wool, which is subjected to more than 20 tests before being awarded the Wools of New Zealand Fernmark of Excellence.
