The new Yve apartment towers combine a striking sculptural presence with upmarket standards in contemporary residential living
An upmarket living environment is a critical element at the Yve Apartments with the joinery and cabinetry designed to enhance this.
IJF Australia manufactured and installed all the joinery including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and laundries for the 210 apartments.
National sales and marketing manager Mark Warton emphasises that close attention to detail and a high standard of finishes are evident in all the joinery.
"The apartments are large and well appointed with the built-in joinery a dominant feature," says Warton. "Sunland selected IJF to undertake the fit-out because of our large state-of-the-art production facility and also our ability to meet the project's tight construction programme and the required level of craftsmanship."
IJF was involved in this upscale project throughout from first receiving the joinery plans to securing the last cabinet. The finishes, all completed in house, are a combination of veneer and high gloss polyurethane.
