Luxaflex cedar shutters are made from western red cedar, which is admired for its warm natural tones and for the variations in grain patterns. Grain and colour changes along each length of cedar are all part of the character of natural timber shutters.
With a choice of blade profiles and styles, shutters give you good control over light, air circulation and privacy. Blades can be fixed or adjustable and shutter configurations include sliding, hinged, bifold or fixed. With these options, Luxaflex shutters can be adapted for use on virtually any door or window opening.
Finishes include hand-oiling, e-cote clear lacquers which enhance the natural tones of the wood subtle stains, colour washing or a painted finish to complement the decor of the home.
Luxaflex timber venetians, made from a choice of western red cedar or North American basswood, can be raised or lowered for privacy and light control. Depending on the effect required, the timber can be oiled, stained, painted or lacquered. And for convenience and luxury the venetians can easily be motorised.
Another option is the Nature Weave Roman Blind, constructed from natural bamboos, reeds and grasses, woven together with hard-wearing polyester threads and finished with a cedar bottom rail. These blinds have a timber headrail, a valance with cedar trim and an optional cedar fascia. Nature Weave Roman Blinds are available in a variety of weaves for different privacy levels.
