It's school as usual that could have been the catch cry from the Ministry of Education when work began on the construction of the new buildings for Te Whanau o Tupuranga. However, for the company that won the design-and-build contract for the school, Arrow International, this meant organising the construction programme around ongoing school operations.Arrow project manager Julian Huggins says the first stage of construction involved building temporary relocatable classrooms so the site could be cleared for the new buildings.
