Landmark Homes North Shore Rodney wins the 2025 TIDA New Zealand Group Home Builder Suite of the Year
Congratulations to Landmark Homes North Shore Rodney and Shannon Pepper Design, winners of the 2025 TIDA New Zealand Group Home Builder Suite – a sophisticated sanctuary
Master suite, media room and office fill one wing of this pavilion-style home, ensuring privacy and seclusion from the living spaces, kitchen and remaining bedrooms.
The suite is a retreat, defined by understated luxury and thoughtful detailing, with large windows and sliders that provide morning light and frame valley views.
The bedroom design is anchored by plush furnishings with blends of soft textures and a calming neutral palette, complemented by feature wall panelling which adds subtle architectural interest.
This flows directly into the bespoke walk-in wardrobe, with its high-quality materials, Integrated toe kick lighting, ample shelving, and an abundance of drawers and hanging space.
The adjoining ensuite is moody and dramatic with full-height, stone-look tiles that envelop the space in rich texture.
A freestanding bath positioned beside a large picture window invites relaxation, while offering uninterrupted views of the natural landscape, which can also be enjoyed from the adjacent shower enclosure.
Dark woodgrain cabinetry and sculptural vessel basins on the vanity complete the space, ensuring a cohesive flow between form and function.
For the TIDA judges, the design of this master suite has provided the owners with a sophisticated sanctuary where every detail enhances the sense of calm.
