Intelligent cooking
Aesthetics and practical ingenuity are features of the new collection of De Dietrich appliances, imported by NZ Appliances
The concept of effortless cooking must strike a strong chord with anyone who prepares meals on a regular basis.
The latest collection of appliances from De Dietrich, imported by NZ Appliances, has both streamlined good looks and the latest intelligent technology.
Smart touch controls on the Colour Matrics oven mean you simply choose the food you wish to prepare from full-colour graphics and the oven's Intelligent Cooking System (ICS) automatically selects the ideal cooking mode, temperature and time. The low temperature option suits slow-cooked roasts and yoghurts, and there's also a breadmaking programme.
Continuum induction hobs, gas hobs and a teppanyaki grill are part of the cooktop range. The innovative pasta boil and power tracker on the new induction hobs provide more options for better cooking results. Matching the ovens and hobs are Intelligent Control glass hoods, which automatically adjust suction power to suit the fumes produced.
To make cleanup easier, De Dietrich's dishwasher automatically adjusts the cycle setting depending on how soiled the dishes are.
