Tasman Insulation NZ, the firm that has manufactured Pink® Batts® insulation for more than 50 years, has just released its third-generation product that offers even more benefits.

Tony Te Au, general manager Tasman Insulation, says the third-generation products release less dust, which makes the insulation easier to handle. They are also more rigid, which aids installation. In addition, Pink Batts is the only product in New Zealand that is both M1 and Greenguard Indoor Air Quality Certified.

"Pink Batts is the most recognised insulation product in New Zealand and the only glasswool product made in this country," he says. "A range of high R-value options is available for walls, ceilings and under floors, and they are all made from more than 80% recycled glass."
