In character Heritage Tray roofing
Heritage Tray roofing from Calder Stewart
With its steep pitch, the expansive roof of the David Reid Homes show home is a strong visual element. As such, it needed to be in keeping with the alpine setting and the lodge-style architecture. It also needed to withstand the climate extremes.
Calder Stewart Roofing's newest steel roofing profile, Heritage Tray¢, was chosen for all these reasons, and for its sharp, clean lines and concealed fixings.
Heritage Tray represents the evolution of the well-established Euro-Tray® product line, with a new emphasis on economy and flexibility. Calder Stewart Roofing says it requires no additional plywood substrate, which reduces costs. It can also be roll formed on site, which is an ideal solution for projects requiring extra-long trays.
Heritage Tray comes with a cost-saving custom flashing for eaves. The warranty is retained if you later install Calder Stewart's unique solar PVL Laminate system. This blends seamlessly into the tray without penetrating or protruding from the roof, allowing the roof to maintain its sharp looks while generating electricity.
As recommended, the Heritage Tray roofing on this project was installed by a certified Calder Stewart Roofing installer.
