In a grand manor
With its hand-hewn limestone exterior and dramatic interior detailing, the Stonehaven residence reflects a traditional English design influence
Good lighting can transform a home and it's often at its best when it is least obvious. The Stonehaven residence features Iris Lighting Systems from Cooper Lighting, which have been specified to suit particular lighting needs.
Cooper Lighting director Glenn Siegel says Iris architectural recessed lighting is specially designed for upscale residential use and offers a flexibility not available with standard residential units.
"Due to its modular nature, an Iris product can be changed from a downlight to an adjustable accent light, a wall wash, or even a lens or shower light," he says. "In the 5- and 7-inch aperture sizes, you can also change from incandescent sources to low voltage or compact fluorescent lighting. As your design needs change, Iris can change with you, at either the construction stage or in the future."
As well as providing a number of different lamp modules, the Iris system offers a choice of three platform or housing sizes and numerous element (trim) finishes and options. These can be color coordinated to complement your decor and provide an unobtrusive light source.
