With its hand-hewn limestone exterior and dramatic interior detailing, the Stonehaven residence reflects a traditional English design influence
The high standard of the interior fitout of the Stonehaven residence is reflected in the choice of kitchen appliances. These include an integrated Sub-Zero 700TR refrigerator, which is paired with a matching 700TF freezer.
Both these appliances have a 15 cubic-foot capacity and feature an upper cabinet and two storage drawers all designed to chill or freeze food at optimum temperatures. The refrigerator has two temperature zones, which help increase energy efficiency. The 700TR also features easy-to-use electronic controls, a deli drawer for small items and removable dividers in the drawers.
The freezer includes an automatic ice maker, and, like the refrigerator, has an audible alarm that will sound if the door is left open.
To cater to the homeowners' cooking needs, a 60-inch Wolf gas range was specified. The cooktop can be customized to suit and can include up to eight dual burners. The range features infrared cooking technology for even heat distribution and an optional French Top that provides an array of temperatures on one large surface.
