Tough, purpose-specific plasterboard is used by Eden Homes across all their projects. Selecting the right wall surface for the right space helps augment the design-and-build company's reputation for providing specialist environments that cater to all walks of family life.

GIB Ultraline® is used in most areas of the home. This is stronger and more rigid than GIB® Standard plasterboard and has a fibreglass-reinforced core and fine white Pearlcoat¢ coated paper which helps to achieve a superior finish.

In areas where concrete block's acoustic advantages need additional back up, GIB Noiseline® is employed. This has an extremely dense core, for effective noise reduction between walls and floors in homes and buildings. For this project, Eden Homes used GIB Noiseline to strategic effect in the double-height entry, on the wall between the family room and a guest bedroom and also in the master bedroom.

For the bathrooms and laundries, GIB Aqualine® has been employed. This has a water-resistant core to help protect against steam and water damage.
