Roofing specialist Dimond supplied the main roofing for the complex. Dimondek 400 in Habitats Gull Grey was specified by Architectus, says marketing communications manager Scott Townsend.

"The roof design required only a 3º pitch which suited this profile," says Townsend. "Dimondek 400 is a concealed fixed system. With no fixing holes to pierce the roof, the chance of leaks is all but eliminated."

The roofs were installed by Clarke Roofing, a Dimond Certified Commercial Installer.

Although the Dimondek 400 roof for this project was factory-manufactured and transported to site, Dimond can also manufacture a range of Dimondek profiles on site for large or unique projects. This is achieved through a specialised on site manufacturing unit as well as processes developed specifically for onsite manufacturing.
