The finer details, such as the rendering of surfaces, enhance the look of a development like Saunders Wharf. Mirvac appointed City Rendering to take care of the floor levelling and cement rendering of external walls and columns.
The public areas, garbage rooms and basement lobbies have been rendered with a cement finish.
The floor levelling was achieved using a Mapei self-levelling product which was applied to the concrete substrate in all the apartments.
