The windows and doors were supplied and installed by G James Glass & Aluminium's Sydney commercial contracting division.

The company designed a flush sill system as part of its 445 commercial door suite. This provides a smooth transition from the interior to the balcony, overcoming the obstacle of a raised threshold.
