Guaranteed satisfaction
You can be confident your home will be well built when the work is done by a professional Certified Builder who has the backing of his industry association
Building a new home is generally a very large project, so to use the services of an experienced professional who you can trust is simple common sense.
Feutz and Goldsmith Builders, who constructed the home featured here, is a member of Certified Builders Association of New Zealand.
Because CBANZ members must undertake rigorous training and testing to become trade-qualified, homeowners can be confident work will be to a high standard. Training includes the principles of work ethics, such as acting with honesty, integrity and responsibility, and dealing fairly and equitably with clients and other industry professionals. The association also provides ongoing education about new products and building methods.
Homeowners can also request a Homefirst Builders Guarantee, a 10-year guarantee issued by Builtin New Zealand Ltd. When a certified builder is the head contractor, it covers materials and work completed by the certified builder and the sub-contractors he engages, subject to the limitations in the guarantee agreement.
