Designing a luxury bathroom is much easier when your builder, plumbing supplier and plumbing contractor have a solid working relationship. All three worked together on this home's kitchen and bathrooms to ensure the client's needs were met.

Plumbing supplier Waterware works directly with builders, designers and plumbers. They don't sell retail. Waterware's Larry Kaluzna says the company sources products from all over the world.

"We help clients to specify the best products available for their projects. We look towards high-end design and find the best quality available."

All American Plumbing installed the plumbing fixtures in this home. This was a particularly difficult custom plumbing job, requiring forward planning, as the house is on four levels.

Jeff Ceren, president of the company, says it's important to spend time with customers to make sure the bathroom will be right for them.

"Our goal is to design and install a luxury plumbing system to meet the customer's needs."
