It was decided to go with a Fuiroi semi-recessed basin with Solo tap from Ideal Standard, a slide shower from Hansgrohe and a heated towel rail from Scope.Architectural designer Grant Miles designed the master bathroom featured on these pages.The large, marble-topped vanity with twin basins and plenty of storage space was custom-made and features dark stained oak panelling.To increase the feeling of spaciousness, a large gilt-edged mirror hangs above the vanity, and is complemented by Rapetti Armacord tapware with gold trim. The Duravit toilet and bidet are tucked away in an adjoining room, also decorated in the same coloured marble.Miles says he introduced his clients to the consultants at Mico Bathrooms at an early stage of the building process."We were able to leave our client in the care of Mico Bathrooms while they went through the process of choosing their bathroom fittings, but we were still included in the decision-making from a design perspective.
