Flexible geometry
Straight lines and curves unite to create Flux, a new kitchen design from Scavolini
Modern technology, ergonomics and flexibility can be combined by a skilled designer to create a kitchen that is both aesthetic and functional.
Flux is the latest kitchen from Scavolini. It represents the distinctive creativity of world-renowned Giugiaro Design and the experience of Scavolini.
Flux combines cabinetry in straight lines and curves, creating a contrast with the technical elements such as tall refrigerators and oven units, which are more austere and linear. Base cabinets in the Flux designs are fitted with large pull-out baskets and tilting doors on wall units to ensure the resulting kitchen is ergonomic and easy to use.
Flux is available in two versions. The Hi Tech has glossy, lacquered doors and a central island that brings together the kitchen and dining area.
In the Wooden version, veneered and lacquered doors offer a contemporary interpretation of a timber kitchen. In this configuration, the working area is concentrated on the circular central island, leaving the perimeter of the kitchen clean and uncluttered. Sinks are integrated into the countertop and the design ensures several people can use the kitchen at one time.
