Many successful decorative concepts trace their origins back thousands of years to our oldest civilised cultures. The Padella Romana was a popular and distinctive lighting feature found in the entrances to the homes of wealthy patrician families during the height of the Roman Empire.
A modern-day version the EcoSmart® Fire Tower is now available here. The EcoSmart Fire Tower is visually striking, with an elevated flame flickering on top of a solid plinth. These environmentally friendly open fires can be used to great effect in residential applications, flanking the front entrance to an old villa, decorating a garden, alongside a swimming pool or adding ambience to a balcony. They are also well suited to commercial projects, for example, illuminating the entrances of hotels and restaurants.
EcoSmart Fire Towers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are made of black powdercoated steel, with a stainless steel burner insert and toughened glass surrounds, and come with a protective cover. The towers are fuelled by methylated spirits and are flueless. They require no installation or connections, making them easily portable.
