A new house is never truly a home until the finishing details are added. This luxury clifftop home, built by Glover Developments, features a number of innovative finishing touches, both indoors and out.
Having the ability to control the amount of light and shelter in your home's outdoor areas can be a huge advantage, particularly in the wetter months.
LouvreTec manufactures a range of aluminium opening roof systems and sun louvres that are designed to complement and enhance the look of a building, as well as controlling light and shade.
In keeping with the Mediterranean style of this home, LouvreTec installed a motorised opening roof system in the outdoor area that, with the flick of a switch, can let the sunshine in or keep the rain out.
The opening roof is angled to match the roof line and framed with internal guttering. Downpipes are concealed within the support columns.
LouvreTec also offers a translucent opening roof that lets filtered light in when closed, and airfoil sun louvres from 40mm to 370mm wide. All products are available in a range of powdercoated colours and anodised finishes.
