Explore your Virtual Home with GJ's NZ

A new G.J. Gardner app – GJNZ – now offers virtual walk throughs of its homes and lets you picture the home of your choice on your own site

New app brings showroom walk-around experience to your phone screen

G.J. Gardner Homes New Zealand has brought its home catalogue online with Enviz, giving customers the opportunity to virtually experience a home’s design and layout from anywhere at any time.

These virtual experiences complement the selection of homes available for viewing as a floorplan or existing showhome, and also allows GJ NZ to feature home designs which may not yet be on display.

"Having many of our concept plans available as virtual experiences on the GJ NZ app provides our customers with the ability to walk through the designs in real-life scale," says Ellie Porteous, managing director of G.J. Gardner Homes New Zealand.

“Customers can get a feel for the space, which they can’t get from simply looking at a 2D drawing – this allows them to better understand the layout and flow of the design and envision what it would be like as their new home.”

Explore your favourite home, or visualise it on your site – without reaching for the car keys

The G.J. Gardner Homes NZ app enables users to explore a range of G.J. Gardner’s most popular house designs in an immersive, hands-on manner.

Users can navigate the models on their device to explore the layout of the home, walk through the design and get a feel for the space using Virtual Reality, or have Augmented Reality position the design on their own site to see how it will look before they build.
