It is always interesting to view high-end apartments in prestigious locations. Along with the innovative architecture and interior design, it's one place where you can be assured of seeing the latest appliance technology.

The project featured on these pages is Settler's Cove, a new Noosa development overlooking picturesque Laguna Bay. When complete, the development will comprise 33 home sites and 37 luxury apartments, all of which will be equipped to a high standard of specification.

Cape Bouvard Developments has chosen Miele appliances for all the apartments and houses at Settler's Cove. The company says the appliances complement the high standard of the fixtures, fittings and finishes evident throughout the development.

"With such a high-end, resort-style location, there is an expectation that kitchens will be equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Miele appliances have both the performance and the aesthetics we required," a spokesperson says.

Not content to supply a standard appliance collection, the developer has equipped each penthouse apartment with the KM371G 700mm-wide, five-burner gas cooktop, and three ovens the H4740B multifunction oven, H4020BM combi oven with integrated microwave, and DG2661 steam cooker. The penthouses also come with a Miele plate warmer, which can also keep food dishes hot.

Other Miele appliances include the powerful DA429-4 rangehood, and two semi-integrated G2220SCi dishwashers one of which is in a scullery. Miele laundry appliances were also specified.

All Miele appliances come with a two-year parts and labour guarantee.
