Electroboard's long history with Polycom made the company it's first choice for sourcing audio and video conferencing equipment for 30 The Bond.
The boardroom features twin 50-inch plasma screens, while the presentation rooms have twin 40-inch LCD screens on a custom designed arm that can be stored away when not in use.
Gentner Audio Equaliser systems were used to guarantee FM-quality sound.
All of the audio-visual technology is driven by AMX touch panels, a product that Lend Lease employees had previous experience with.
Polycom manager James Anderson says the company's objective was to ensure the audio was crystal clear and the video motion was television-like.
It was also important that the functionality and quality of the technology was in line with the overall design of the room. "There is little point in having a beautifully designed room with poor quality audio or video," says Anderson.
