Like many of the materials chosen for 30 The Bond, the bamboo floors are in keeping with Lend Lease's green philosophy.

BT Bamboo® floors, supplied by Eco Flooring Systems, are produced with water-based, zero emission coatings, non-toxic glues, and waste-free manufacturing processes.

As well as meeting Lend Lease's environmental and quality requirements, BT Bamboo was chosen for its strength and durability. Natural bamboo is equal in hardness to jarrah and tallowwood.

Lend Lease says it also chose BT Bamboo for its leading-edge style and uniqueness.

30 The Bond features BT Bamboo wide boards with vertical lamination and a satin finish. The Light Sand colour is used in all the work area surrounds, and the Carbonated Amber colour is featured in the top level function room.
