Easy installations
Saniflo's macerating and grey waste water pumps allow facilities to be installed remote from the sewer line, without the need for major structural work
While a homeowner may have big ideas for a renovation project, such as the addition of a cooking station or an ensuite, sometimes the structure of the house can hinder the installation of required plumbing.
Offering a solution to these problem projects is Saniflo, with its range of waste water pumps. Saniflo's Chris Olsen says the company is a market leader in the technologies required to install facilities remote from or below the sewer line.
"Saniflo invented this technology 50 years ago. Rather than needing to undertake major structural work or concrete core cutting to install large pipes, the system will hold the waste water and then discharge it as required through small-bore pipework," he says.
Saniflo's black water pumps have blades that macerate the waste to a thin consistency, allowing it to be discharged through the 22-32mm pipes.
"Different pumps suit different applications. The SaniBest can accept up to four inlets, meaning an entire bathroom can be connected," says Olsen.
