The new FutureLine range is designed to provide an integrated, fully co-ordinated appliance centre in the kitchen.The Zug Combi-Steam SL, Hotair SL, Combair-Steam S and Combair SL ovens. V-Zug has also introduced innovations to the laundry. The new Adora TSL heat pump dryer uses 45% less energy than a conventional dryer. It has an airtight cabinet and highly efficient insulation to minimise humidity in the laundry. The dryer is paired with the silent Adora SLQ washer. This appliance features the Zug WetClean setting, which provides an extremely gentle, professional cleaning cycle. There is also a steam anti-crease feature, which does away with ironing

Laundry appliances might not seem complex, but there's a lot going on behind the scenes. And it's not till you see the innovations behind a new line recently introduced to Australia that you discover what you may have been missing.

V-Zug, the company that pioneered home appliance technology in Switzerland, is now distributing a collection of kitchen and laundry appliances in Australia.

Oskar Kamber, managing director of the V-Zug operation in Australia says the manufacturer, which started life in 1913 as a small galvanising plant in the town of Zug, developed the first hand-powered washing machine in the 1920s.

"Today that same company dominates the residential sector there is a V-Zug appliance in every second household in Switzerland."

The V-Zug laundry range includes the silent Adora SLQ washer. This machine features V-Zug's WetClean and steam anti-crease settings, which makes it the first washing machine to use steam to remove the need for ironing in most cases. The washer also features the silent Vibration Absorbing System. Because the machine in these appliances runs completely concentrically and is vibration free, it makes practically no noise.

The machine has eight basic programmes, plus nine additional programmes, including special wash cycles for jeans, shirts, leisurewear, silk, baby clothes, and duvets.

V-Zug's Adora TSL heat pump dryer was designed to pair with the Adora SLQ washer. Because the heat pump technology uses 45% less energy than a conventional dryer, the Adora TSL is ranked as an Energy Efficiency Class A dryer. This means it is possible to protect the environment and still get your clothes dried faster than with a conventional dryer.

The Adora TSL dryer has an airtight cabinet and highly efficient insulation, which both help minimise humidity in the laundry.
