Safe and secure premises are important for any city dweller. The security and access systems for the Perspective Apartments were designed by Barry Smith, from Soundcraft.

Access systems include Farfisa video intercoms, allowing occupants to see and converse with visitors. Additional security is provided by a CCTV system at the main entry, recording footage, as well as date and time, onto a digital video recorder.
