Description:

This kitchen and adjacent bar was created for clients who love to entertain and wanted a space that merges seamlessly within their home’s contemporary architecture.

They asked for a visual statement that used modern materials, incorporated sharp, clean lines, and had a look that played on bold asymmetrical forms, all using a white palette, with exposed concrete walls as the backdrop.

The overall impression is an eye-catching modern piece of art.

The homeowners requested a modern kitchen design to blend with the current house style, while retaining the existing Rimu flooring & window architraves.

A complete spatial redesign of kitchen/utility areas added a working scullery. Walls were moved to open up the whole area while extending room and incorporating new sliding doors to the deck.
