Just as the contemporary desert architecture of the Las Vegas house makes it stand apart, so does the innovative lighting. Lighting Design Center was contracted at the beginning of the project to work with designers, helping to select light fixtures that would reflect the high-end design.

General manager Armond Gregoryan says the owners wanted unique lighting fixtures that would not be found in an ordinary home.

"In many aspects, this project was finished to the highest standard of specification possible," he says. "To fulfill the lighting design brief, and to accomplish the primary vision of the design team, we had to diversify our manufacturing base, which includes custom manufacturers."

Lighting Design Center supplied all the lighting fixtures and fans for both the interior and exterior. Key fixtures include five cascading chandeliers in the main stairwell, a large chandelier in the living room and custom wall sconces for the home theater.
