Defining the standard
Innovative shapes and a visually consistent design aesthetic are key features of Teka appliances
Installing appliances sourced from many different companies can result in a kitchen that lacks visual coherence. Teka sources the same grade of stainless steel and glass for all its appliances, providing a consistent finish throughout.
Although relatively new to Australia, Teka has an 80-year history in the manufacturing of kitchen appliances. During this time it has developed several innovations, says managing director Darryl Mohr.
"Our range of vitroceramic cooktops features residual heat indicators and blocking sensors, and has some of the most innovative designs on the market."
Cooktops are available in kidney, oval and fan shapes all with bevelled-edge finishes.
Teka's island, canopy and slide-out rangehoods provide efficient exhaust capacity while reducing noise levels, through an airtight compartment that encases the motor.
Teka appliances are also backed with a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
