With its appealing mix of riverside apartment buildings, heritage renovations and retail precincts, the New Farm district is one of Brisbane's most highly sought-after locations. And one of the most distinctive New Farm projects to come on stream in the past 18 months is Seymour Group Properties' One Macquarie apartment development designed by Arkhefield.

The project comprises four buildings of varying shapes and sizes, all of which feature penthouse-style apartments finished to the highest standard of specification. Natural stone floors are teamed with walls painted in Resene paints.

The designer interior of the apartment shown here has a neutral backdrop the walls are painted in Resene Alabaster from The Range Whites & Neutrals fandeck. This near-white shade has a hint of black that works well with the black accents in the furniture and flooring.

Resene recommends interior broadwall areas are painted in Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen or Resene Zylone Sheen, both of which are Environmental Choice-approved paints.
