This modern Hamilton house, designed and built by established family firm, Clive White Construction, in conjunction with architect Kevin Findsen, was built to maximise a highly picturesque location bordering a golf course.
Ellenor White of Clive White Construction says the company specialises in high-end homes and the use of natural, sustainable materials. For this house, which is on the market, the company specified Litecrete, a lightweight precast concrete wall system.
"We coated the panels with a clear finish that enhances the natural, marbled effect," says White. "This ensures the house blends in with its setting, and a stand of native manuka trees."
