The contemporary main kitchen and a secondary basement-level kitchen both feature appliances supplied by Standards of Excellence
Part of the reason for the home's renovation was to make it functional in contemporary terms. At the heart of a residence lies its kitchen and a noted appliance specialist was needed to supply this home with functional, modern-look appliances that would be well-suited to entertaining.
Standards of Excellence was asked by the owner and his builder to provide appliances for both the main kitchen and the lower-level guest kitchen, says vice president of marketing MaryJo Camp.
"The two kitchens were very different in demeanor and needs," says Camp. "For the main kitchen we supplied a heavy-duty dual fuel Wolf range with Wolf professional hood and a Sub-Zero full-height wine cellar this has a glass door that accepts a cabinet panel frame. Other appliances a Miele dishwasher, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Whirlpool ice maker are behind cabinet panels."
The guest kitchen has a Miele cooktop, oven and integrated dishwasher, and an Avanti refrigerator.
